Our experience at Lakeshore was nothing but the best experience in a not so great situation. Our dog stayed overnight and they were so understanding of my families multiple phone calls and showed so much compassion towards my family. Through all the tears, they were so understanding and patient with my family. Wonderful veterinary staff, vet techs and front desk staff. Wold recommend in a heart beat.
I'm from the East Coast New York and relocated here to Wisconsin and the level of professionalism that I encountered at lakeshore versus other veterinarians in the East Coast is bar none.
Even though I went in for a sad purpose, every staff member was extremely kind and very helpful and made me not feel alone in making the hardest choice every fur-parent has to make at some point. I'm glad they were able to help my sick baby girl pass peacefully from this world. Would definitely not hesitate to bring any of my other babies here.

Wonderful staff! We needed to take our kitty in on Thanksgiving day and were greeted by a very pleasant and compassionate staff.
Nurse Shelby was great, she was very caring towards my dog and also took the time to further explain some lingering questions I had after the Dr. was done.
Dr. Stepnik the dermatologist was excellent and explained everything in detail concerning my French bulldog Samson's skin disorder, she even drew a diagram to further explain my dogs symptoms and her suggested treatment. She is very knowledgeable in her field and truly an outstanding Specialist.

Our Buddy needed a knee operation... we knew going into this that it was going to be a very big investment so we were sure to listen and pay attention to the details. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable and intuitive. They knew what we needed before we did. They were on the case and kept us in constant contact ... competent, consistent care with respect for the pet patient and his family. Our dog was welcomed and loved and he's 2 years past his operation and doing very very well. We highly recommend LVS.
