Very nice and I respect them for that but I came in to scrap some gold and sterling, theu told me they pay good prices, well I took it in and they offered me $138, and told me that sterling silver isnt as expensive as it use to be, when ik it just went up a few dollars. So I took it in somewhere else and got almost $600
