I would NEVER return. My appointment started 45 minutes LATE, and they were snobby about it. Then a cut and color took nearly 4 hours, and then when I got home, my sweater was stained in multiple places. After spending the better part of a week waiting for their, never on duty manager to call me back, she was unapologetic, and said I needed to bring my sweater back in so she could look at it. It's been 4 months, they still have my sweater, never apologized, or got back to me. For the money I spent I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. It's a shame too, at the end of the day my hair did look nice, but it wasn't worth the attitudes or the cost. There are other salons in the neighborhood that do work just as good, but without the attitude! Also, if you're going to spend hundreds of dollars, you'd think they could improve the decor. The tacky mural was also a bit much.

I moved here from out of state almost 7 years ago and I went to Bella Lei to get my hair done. I have been back nearly every 8 weeks. I love the people that work there, they are always friendly and my appointments have never been late or ran too long and also, if I have had to reschedule they are more than accommodating. I have gotten multiple services there including cut/colors, massages, and waxes and everything has always exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about my stylist, she is amazing. As a wedding photographer, I also recommend BL for my local brides. I have shot there with an entire bridal party being done and it was a blast! I think the decor is upscale and unique.
Quoted a wedding hairstyle cost in person. Sent an email 3 days later asking if we could pay a little more. Unprofessional
