Big and Honest Help in a Pinch! While traveling on the Interurban trail, we had the misfortune of having tire problems. Being from out of state, we had never heard of ZuZus before. Fortunately, our bike failed five blocks from their shop. We walked to the shop and arrived a little after 5 on a night they were open until 7 p.m. The mechanic on duty quickly found our problem, provided several options to fix, and then took care of our problem which allowed us to get back on the trail in route to our stop for that evening. We would not hesitate to use Zuzu's again. Aside from repairs, they had a very well stocked shop with additional camping gear to boot.
LOVE this groovy place! Great apparel for women and men, great selection of Specialized bikes, location is 2 blocks off the interurban trail and they do bike repairs. Just down the street from The Deluth Trading Company too! I bought a Specialized Vita and love it!
Took 2 bikes in to get assembled. They charged $80 per bike to assemble (Dick's charges $40), then they also charged $10 more per bike for new parts before consulting with me. When I got the bikes home, they were hardly put together. The handle bar spun and didn't turn the tire. The bell was loose, the reflectors were loose, and the brakes weren't aligned. I ended up taking it to a neighbor and he fixed it for me. For $180, I would expect better quality workmanship. Very disappointed and won't be going back.
